Your information

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and how information sent through this website is handled.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Important: The Ask Dr. Uneeb form is not a secure hospital or patient portal. Do not send CNIC/passport numbers, payment information, passwords, or more medical information than is necessary for your question.

1. Information you choose to send

If you use the Ask Dr. Uneeb form, you may provide your name, email address, optional age group and sex, the topic of your question, your question itself, and optional information about medicines or health conditions. Because health questions can contain sensitive information, please include only what is needed.

2. How inquiries are delivered

The website uses FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, to send inquiries to Dr. Muhammad Uneeb Ullah by email. FormSubmit processes the form submission in order to deliver it. Its own privacy terms apply to that processing. The doctor's email provider also processes messages delivered to the inbox.

3. Website hosting and technical data

The Healthy n Wise is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and request logs, according to Vercel's Privacy Notice.

4. Cookies and analytics

The current site does not operate user accounts, advertising trackers or our own analytics cookies. Third-party services used to host or process a form may use their own security or operational technologies under their own policies.

5. How we use information

Information submitted through the inquiry form is used to review and respond to the question, protect the service from abuse, and maintain necessary records of the correspondence. We do not sell inquiry information.

6. How long information is kept

Email correspondence may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain records, resolve disputes or meet legal/professional obligations. You can request deletion where appropriate, but some information may need to be retained where required by law or professional responsibilities.

7. Children

This site provides general health information. For questions about a child, a parent or guardian should normally submit the inquiry and include the child's age rather than unnecessary identifying details.

8. Your choices

You do not have to submit a health inquiry to use the articles or calculators. If you want to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you previously submitted, use the Ask Dr. Uneeb form, choose “Other,” and clearly state that the message is a privacy request.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the site's features, providers or data practices change. The date at the top will be revised when that happens.

This privacy page is intended to explain the website's current practices in plain language; it is not a representation that the site is a secure clinical portal or that any particular healthcare privacy law automatically applies.
